What is Title IX?

- Access to facilities and services
Reporting Title IX Concerns
NBSS has designated the Provost as its Title IX Coordinator, responsible for overseeing compliance with Title IX requirements, investigating complaints, and implementing corrective measures as needed. Career training program students may also contact the Director of Student Support & Career Services for any questions, or to report a concern.

Training & Education
NBSS is committed to preventing sexual harassment and discrimination through education, training, and awareness efforts. All administrators, instructors, and staff receive regular training on Title IX obligations, sexual harassment prevention, grievance procedures, and best practices for creating an inclusive and respectful environment. Training materials are based on guidance from the U.S. Department of Education and the Office for Civil Rights and are available for review upon request.
