The NBSS Annual Fund is the cornerstone of philanthropy at NBSS, providing unrestricted support across the entire School, funding our聽core operation and greatest needs each year. Every gift to the聽Annual Fund聽directly聽supports the instructors, staff, and students who keep NBSS thriving.聽By supporting the Annual Fund, you join a community of supporters who believe in our mission and contribute to our day-to-day success and strength.聽

Donors of $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund are recognized among our聽leadership聽supporters as a member of the聽Shaw Society.

All gifts to the Annual Fund support:

  • Expanding our reach, increasing diversity, and creating more points of access through Community Education and expanded partnerships
  • Building a Teaching Assistant program, providing more faculty professional development, augmenting scholarships and financial aid, and addressing students鈥 emergency financial needs
  • Investing in technology, systems, our building, and facilities, to support a diverse and growing staff who deliver on our mission
